This is a demo store. Any orders placed through this store will not be honored or fulfilled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Transportation Safety Apparel LLC will repair, replace, exchange or refund an item if the customer is not completely satisfied with the recent purchase. Items can be returned up to 60 days from purchase date with an 18% restocking fee. Return instructions are as follows:

Contact us with one of the following methods: customer.service@tsasafety.com, or call us at (866) 304-7189. Once you have a RA number please ship within 60 days for refund. Please include the packing slip and RA inside the return box and write the RA # on two sides of the return package.

TSA will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes that were charged (except where an item is repaired and returned).

Special order items or items that have been altered, decorated, engraved, customized, or otherwise embellished at the request of a customer cannot be returned unless the return is related to a TSA error.

All clearance and/or discontinued items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned.

Returns for products that are Hazardous Materials or ORM-D (including but not limited to self-defense sprays, chemical kits, select first aid kits and components, road flares, and fire extinguishers) cannot be accepted. If you are unsure if the product you are returning is a Hazardous Material or ORM-D, please contact TSA’s Customer Service. 

The original packing slip should accompany all returns or the return must include the original order number associated with the return.
